Title fix
I financed a vehicle last year. I'm unable to refinance because Carfax shows a salvage title.
The Secretary of State confirmed it is a green title. I'd like it to be corrected so I can move forward.

Bad info !!!
Selling my wifes 2017 Honda Civic Lx
We have messages from two dealers and one private buyer that Carfax reported our car likely has an odometer rollback. I have every maintenance receipt for ALL WORK done on this one owner Civic .
All receipts prove the exact mileage of 42,901 and NEVER fraudulently altered. I need this rectified NOW!

CarFax Lies
On the CarFax I wasnt able to trade my truck in and get enough money for a down payment on a newer model. FIRST OF ALL my truck has never been in an accident on all 4 sides.
Its a right out lie. If you dont find out who sent this to you youre going to be in BIG trouble. You should ask for proof when someone sends that in.

Paid for report but no report
I just paid for two reports and couldn't access any reports. To fill out a form to resolve this issue is a farce and inconvenience.
I should have known better there are so many other companies that offer this service for less.
I thought Carfax was a trusted. I'm sorely disappointed and will never recommend Carfax

Billing Error
On 08/29/24 I ordered 2 Carfax reports totalling $ 59.99.
Carfax billed me twice per my BoA
statement.
Please reverse the charge immediately!

Question about report
A false report was issued by a Jupiter police officer. This incident happened January 23rd 2024 in Jupiter Florida in the Jupiter Florida Publix parking lot not US1 as the report says.
This was not a accident there was a scratch on the car parked next to me play time and I happened to be blamed for it! There was no damage or any proof that my car made that scratch. But the officer wrote out a report of a collision on US1 in Florida and Indiantown Road which is totally false. I contacted my insurance agency and they also sent a fax to your office.
I'm trying to sell my car and you're causing me problems about the value of my BMW 2018 X5 with 26,000 miles has dropped almost $6,000 because of this fake report.
I would like for you to look into this as my insurance company did and get this problem off of my Carfax report. Thank you !

Carfax says I took my vehicle to get two oil changes in a 6 week interval

I got charged $44.99 for something that I thought was 499 I'm visually impaired I'm needing the credit cuz I'll never use this again and if I don't get one I'll just dispute it to my bank

Charged card no report
Text: Paid for 2 reports and got nothing, and also the reports vanished from my account. Super disappointed after paying $65, I got nothing.
The customer service number doesn't work either.
So, it's definitely not a site I'll be using again. If you need something reliable and accurate, and something that doesn't just take your money, don't use this site.
