The number I called says they are closed

Fake car dealer he is selling cars he does not own he is using images from other sites and is taking the car fax he sends when we checked the car fax with a dealer it was for a different car he is trying to steal money from people its A1 quality cars LLC says he is in Milwaukee but if you check there is no such place. The first and second picture is the car that was a real dealership, the third is the scam A1. Notice they are the exact same pictures

I was going towards Johnstown, Ohio, and one of your drivers came into my lane and almost sideswiped me! If I wasn't paying attention (obviously he wasn't), he would have taken out the driver's side of my Jeep!

I am sure he works in your Heath, Ohio, facility. Maybe it's time someone has a driver's safety class!

Listed an accident that never happened and did not show where the report came from. Cost me during trade in

I ordered and paid for a CarFax report. My credit card was charged.

When I logged on to my account YESTERDAY ir showed that I had NO reports available.

When I tried to log in to my account today, I can NOT log in. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM ??

No one cares here about cases or bad reviews. My case has been open since August 23, and yet still no one gives the case updates.

Every time I receive an email back saying that we are looking into your case, but actually no one does. The case number is #1860****. Today, I had another customer come to see the car, and once they saw the Carfax, they changed their mind. So now I haven't told the last five customers because no one here cares to get the Carfax report updated.

I received the title today from the DMV, and it clearly is a clean title, and I uploaded a copy of it too. What else can I do?

My car was broken into and they stole my airbag. With that being said, it was reported to my insurance company, police were notified, and they said there were other cars in the area that were also broken into.

Apparently, stealing airbags is the new part to be sold off market. It shows up as airbag deployed, which implies my car was in an accident and there was damage.

This affects my ability to sell my car. I was told by a dealership that my trade-in value was $8,000 less than what the blue book trade-in value was because of the wrong information on the report.

The miles need to all be in miles; the first part is kilometers, then we had a big service where they changed it to miles. The truck was originally from Canada, so it was originally in kilometers. This caused a big issue today at a dealership.

There's a mistake on my Carfax report stating that I was involved in an accident in February 2022, and it's saying that my airbag deployed, and that was not what happened at all. I have a copy of the repair order, and nowhere on the order does it say airbag. My insurance company told me that they would have probably totaled it if that had deployed, so I would like it to be removed from my report because I'm wanting to trade my vehicle in, and it's drastically dropping the trade-in value on my truck.

Charged $109 to my account which I never approved. I'm taking this to my bank and they will put in a claim for frau

I've never been in an accident nor made a report on my insurance, but my Carfax shows I have claimed an accident on my new car. It shows minor damage to the front bumper, but this is wrong.

I've never claimed any accident because I've never been in an accident in my vehicle. Please help with changing this and correcting it.

I completely restored an 83 Chevy with a new motor transmission, all shocks, all arms and transmission motors and then you all tell me its got a savage title when I bought it. It had a good title from Missouri.

My truck, on its Carfax, was involved in an accident on 2-22, and it's saying that my airbag deployed, and it did not at all—driver-side or all passenger side. I have a copy of the repair order from my insurance company.

I will send you. I need to have that deployed airbag removed because it's decreasing the value of my vehicle for a trade-in value.

Didn't log correctly between the US and Canada. Supposed rollback on mileage absolutely destroyed my vehicle's value!

The Carfax report shows that my car that the airbag were deployed thats not correct I want to fix that ASAP
