How can I get a refund?I purchased a CarFax last week. What i didn't notice is that the $99 package is selected by default.

By the time I realized that I bought the wrong package, it was too late. I immediately sent a message to Carfax requesting that I get the additional $60 refunded. This was almost 6 days ago and I haven't heard a peep.

Of course there is no phone support. I'm trying to be patient considering the current situation, but I think a response should be expected within a couple days.

Hello I purchased a vehicle that had a clean title in michigan and now the vehicle shows up on carfax as a total loss is there anything I can legally do to the person I purchased the car from they didn't disclose that there was a accident and the carfax showed that it was clean at that time

How many times have I been billed for a one-time report?I’ve received 24 email receipts for my $39 one-time report. How many times have I been charged?

Why do I continue to get receipts for a single report?

Carfax used car pricing?A quoted use car price on carfax and other web sights are raised when going to the dealership saying they made a mistake. Do they have an obligation to honor the posted price? This is like a bait & switch!
