I purchased a CarFax last week. What i didn't notice is that the $99 package is selected by default.

By the time I realized that I bought the wrong package, it was too late. I immediately sent a message to Carfax requesting that I get the additional $60 refunded. This was almost 6 days ago and I haven't heard a peep.

Of course there is no phone support. I'm trying to be patient considering the current situation, but I think a response should be expected within a couple days.

Hello I purchased a vehicle that had a clean title in michigan and now the vehicle shows up on carfax as a total loss is there anything I can legally do to the person I purchased the car from they didn't disclose that there was a accident and the carfax showed that it was clean at that time

I’ve received 24 email receipts for my $39 one-time report. How many times have I been charged?

Why do I continue to get receipts for a single report?

It is now up to 26 email receipts. What can I do to stop the charges?

ARE WINDSHEILD REPLACEMENTS ON VEHICLES REPORTED TO CARFAX OR VEHICLE REPORTS. OR IS IT JUST ACCIDENTS/ WRECKS ONLY.

A quoted use car price on carfax and other web sights are raised when going to the dealership saying they made a mistake. Do they have an obligation to honor the posted price? This is like a bait & switch!

I want to know if this piece of equipment is real or not. It's a 2002 BOBCAT S175 Serial# 51762**** Price $4000.00 Carfax #2098**** . Do these numbers even match a machine like that thanks Dan
