Carfax - Pissed off consumer

New ReviewerI would not have bought the vehicle if I had known it had been in a wreck. Carfax did not catch it.
Two weeks went by after I purchased it, and I used a different website. I had to pay money for it to get another Carfax, and it caught the crash after the fact of me purchasing the vehicle because I asked the car salesman at least 10 times, 'Has this car ever been in a wreck?' I asked all kinds of questions like that, and finally I said, 'Well, can you run me the Carfax?' Lo and behold, it did not show anything, and like you say, two weeks went by.
My wife went on the internet and found another Carfax thing that she purchased, and it caught it, and I was very upset. Yours truly, pissed off consumer.
User's recommendation: Highly recommend do your homework just cuz it don't show up on Carfax. Don't mean it didn't happen. Do your homework.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Carfax Cons: You hear nothing but positive reviews which is a con.
