False reporting has caused (me ) the owner hard work, loss time , lost revenue lost opportunities.
Time is the most valuable commodity that continues to run .. car fax machine is a (data team) is useless as breasts on a bull!
No written contact to the owner , no communication, no validation. A part is bought by a consumer so car fax then says a minor accident has occurred?? WTF…
This is now takin my time to fix , … when I have plans , work , ect.
So pissed !!!
An how humiliating when telling a potential buyer that I haven’t been in a accident, then this pops up and I have to prove innocent as your team has alleged me guilty!

I was charged twice for a CARFAX on one car. I can't get an email response, or contact anyone by phone. I have submitted the online refund request twice. I added the carfax email to my address book. I'm giving it 4-5 more days. This shouldn't take this long.
