Sent an email and filled out forms to dispute the problem but have not heard from them. Still waiting for their reply, anticipating it would be a good outcome to this problem!
Didn't get through to them to get my issue resolved
So I will give them a Poor rating
Why can't they provide human customer service contacts.
Unable to talk to anyone - will try again. Hopefully will be able to talk to someone who will be able to answer my questions and help resolve my issues.
