"carfax refuses to speak to customers", e-mail only..

Awful! it takes me more time to send text messages the than talk to someone. They are so full of themselves. No numbers anywere on the website. Not to mention they take a while to get back. Very frustrating especially when you paid them with your hard earned money.

They are even smug about it. "we communicate e-mail only" The must have invested in a stupid eservice program and the egos are making them stick with it. I think I'm going to send 2 hundred emails an hour , See if that helps there bottom line. pigeon holed..
